Lee has over 21 years’ experience as a Survival Equipment (SE) specialist working within Training, Research and Development. Spending most of the last decade at the Royal Air Force Centre of Aviation Medicine (RAF CAM) employed as the training manager within the Aircrew Equipment Integration Group (AEIG). This has seen Lee complete all Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT) courses and lead to the development of training courses and systems to aid not only his colleagues but others throughout the Air Force.
Since joining the team, Lee has been involved with travelling the UK working directly with our customers providing helmet support and guidance. He has also been delivering training on an international scale and continues to pass on his knowledge and expertise through our training courses.
